All prices are
per week, quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT
All Bed Linen, Duvets, Towels and Electricity are included
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required with all bookings
and the balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival. If a
booking is made less than six weeks in advance, then the
total rental cost if payable at the time of booking.

Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday
The property will be available after 4.00 pm on the day of
arrival and should be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure
Short breaks are generally available from November to March
for a minimum of 3 nights and are charged at 60% of the weekly
rate; each extra night will be charged at 10% of the weekly
rate.
